Psychotherapy
I work with individuals facing trauma, burnout, anxiety and stress using evidence-based approaches (EMDR, EFT, IFS). I'm based in San Francisco and currently seeing therapy clients across California in video sessions and welcome the chance to meet and support you.
If you’re feeling stuck, I’m happy to talk with you - reach out for a consult.
